About Rabbit
As with most ‘self taught’ tattooist, Rabbit began his career at home tattooing friends, it's certainly a far cry to where he finds himself today. Over the years Rabbit has gained International recognition and numerous awards for his skill and artistic flare. This natural ability has served him well and released him from the restraints that many in tattooing find themselves bound by. It is one thing to be able to tattoo but quite another to have the natural artistic skills, imagination and talent all of which he possesses.
Approach to Design
Skill in tattooing serves no purpose at all if you do not understand what your customer is asking for. Rabbit's approach to this problem, especially regarding custom designs is to listen, propose and listen again. A tattoo is for life therefore a considerable amount of time and effort is put into the consultation process. After an initial first meeting a great deal of planning and research takes place to enable Rabbit to present the customer with various suggestions and proposals such as sketches, designs and photographic ideas. Rabbit will not begin tattooing until he is confident that not only he has understood his customer correctly but that the customer also has gained a good understanding of what the final tattoo will look like.
